Welcome to Severn ICT

We are a friendly, experienced computer support business based in Worcester assisting small businesses, from sole proprietors and startups upwards…

We travel to your place of work (office, home office etc.) to provide our services and can also provide remote support where required. We pride ourselves on our high standard of customer care and our experienced consultants and support staff.

Location / Area

We offer services to small businesses primarily local to the Worcester area, as well as beyond following the Severn river down towards Thornbury (i.e. down the M5 through Worcestershire and Gloucestershire).

PC Support

Our PC Support service can revitalise your PC or Laptop when it seems to be slowing and crashing. We will make an assessment for you and give you a quote so that you can decide on whether to upgrade existing equipment (e.g. by installing more memory), reinstall Windows, or update to a new computer. Either way we will help to setup your computer, transfer files for you, and dispose of old data.

Server Implementation and Support

We have certified staff who can assist you with all aspects of Server Support, from adding new users, troubleshooting mail server issues (e.g. Microsoft Exchange) through to design and implementation of new servers or services, and migrating email to cloud services such as Office 365.

Networking

Our expert staff can help you with networking problems, from troubleshooting Broadband and connectivity issues, to assessing your network requirements and providing an upgrade path for your needs (e.g. upgrades to your Broadband, switches, wireless access points, routers etc.).

Web and Email Hosting

We offer website and email hosting, domain registration, domain transfers and domain management, as well as helping you to setup your website on our web hosting platform. If you don’t have your own domain or website yet, we can help you to get started and take all the hassle away from you so that you can get on with your business without worrying about the technical side of the Internet.
